During Lent, the month before Easter, we traditionally run a series of bible study meetings centred around a film. This year the study sessions are being led by our minister Revd Nancy Babarinde and are linked to the film Casablanca. Casablanca was released seventy five years ago in 1942. Some of the effects of war and exile can be seen in the film along with conflict and anguish, although it does, of course, have its lighter moments! We invite Christians from other churches or anybody who wishes to find out more about the Christian faith to come along to our Lent studies.
